Understanding Ownership Tracking

Merlin is at its core an Ownership tracking system.

Most timeshare software starts out as lead tracking, sales tracking and commission tracking software.

Merlin software is different. We start off by understanding and tracking the flow of Ownership from Developer to the first Owner and so on from Owner to Owner.

This does not mean that Merlin does not also track Leads and Sales and Commissions. It does.
